Your orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days. 

 You can return or exchange the products you purchased from www.springaffair.co within  3 days from the date of receipt.

Size changes are possible on our FINAL SALE products, within stock.

EXCHANGE & RETURN CONDITIONS
RETURN CONDITIONS

There is absolutely no return process for products that have been used, lost their originality and do not have any labels on them.

Returns of products that have been damaged due to use (torn, deformed, with sweat odor, broken, etc.) are not accepted. Returns of products that have been tried with strong-smelling perfumes or deodorants that may leave marks are not accepted. In return transactions, make sure that the original documents sent to you are present. You must deliver the product to the cargo company within 3 days of receiving the package. Otherwise, the return process will not be applied. Returns are not applied to pre-orders. Returns are not made to products without an invoice. Please fill in the return section on the invoice. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed. All returned products must be returned along with any free or promotional products sent as part of the order. Make sure that the package is sturdy and waterproof. The customer is responsible until the package reaches us.

CHANGE CONDITIONS

In products with color options, both color and size changes can be made. In products without color options, only size changes can be made. Package the product completely and deliver it with the cargo code. You can deliver your product by going to the cargo branch. The shipping cost for returns or exchanges made with the Yurtiçi Kargo 817868451 code belongs to the customer; cargoes with cash on delivery will not be accepted. The compliance of the products reaching our warehouse with our return policy is examined and the exchange is approved. After approval, your new product will be shipped. The exchange process is done once. A second exchange cannot be made and the products can only be returned. If the size or color you want is out of stock, the price of the product in question will be refunded to you. If you want to exchange the product for another model, you must return the product and create a new order for the product you requested.
