Delivery and Returns Information

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY? 

Yes we do! We offer international shipping to all destinations.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

International:  35 USD
 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Domestic: Your orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping.

International: Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days to most major cities, world-wide via DHL. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping.

Note: There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. In most cases a signature will be required on delivery to confirm that the package has been received.

HOW LONG AFTER PLACING MY ORDER WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

Please allow 1-2 working days from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping. Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3 PM, ( Eastern European Time Zone) Monday – Friday. Orders placed after the daily cut off or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available, and your order status is changed to ‘Shipped’. As we ship orders Monday – Friday, tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays.

Note, your order will be marked with the status ‘Order Received‘ or ‘Awaiting Pick Up‘ until tracking details have been supplied to us by the courier. Therefore, your order status will not be changed to ‘Shipped’ until after the package is already in transit. If you did not receive an email with tracking details after 48 hours of placing your order, please feel free to contact us at: hello@springaffair.co 

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

Domestic: Yurtiçi Kargo

You can track parcels via the Yurtiçi Kargo website.

International: We use DHL for deliveries to major cities.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTIES?

Our main warehouse ships orders directly from Istanbul. Regulations for import duties and taxes applied to international purchases vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Our prices and shipping costs are exclusive of these charges. The Latest Thing does not cover any customs duties, taxes or fees which may be applied to your order by your local government and be payable upon delivery. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs. Please contact your local customs offices for more information.

RETURN


Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 20 days after the order is placed.  

All swimwear, earrings, hair accessories, and sale items that are marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. 

If you would like to request a return, please email us at hello@springaffair.co with your order number. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you within 48 hours with return instructions.

Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processedSPRING AFFAIR reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

The return must be shipped/post marked within the 20 days after the order date. If the order is shipped after the allowed period it will no longer qualify for a refund and a store credit will be issued instead.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you need to make a change to your shipping address,please email us at hello@springaffair.co We can change the address as long as the package has not left our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.  

RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please email us at hello@springaffair.co to initiate your return.  We will offer you the option to print a prepaid DHL label for a fee that will be deducted from your refund. 

Please be advised that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded.

All items must be returned in their original condition. We are unable to offer a refund on any items that have been worn, stained or damaged . Any Sale items marked FINAL SALE are non returnable.
